Online Therapy Is The Most Convenient Way To Get The Help You Need, Wherever You Are.
Over the years, I’ve worked with many professionals who either travel for work or who have difficulty getting out of the office for appointments. For these people, seeing someone in a traditional therapy office was out of the question and they were left without any solutions.
When I began offering online therapy, I was nervous that it would feel impersonal or disconnected. I feared that having sessions through video would keep me from being able to provide the best therapy to my clients.
I couldn’t have been more wrong.
Similar to Skype, online therapy works just as well — if not better — than traditional in-office therapy. From the comfort of your home, office, or hotel room, you get to have a full hour-long session without needing to worry about traffic or setting aside additional time out of your day to travel to the office.
Online therapy also allows me to work with people who live across the state and who may not have access to high-quality providers where they live. I’m able to work with anyone whose permanent address is in New Jersey, so even if you’re not local to the Jersey City/Hoboken we can work together.
In many ways, online therapy is very similar to in-office therapy. There’s no confusing software to download — all you need is an internet connection and a pair of headphones for privacy.

So How Does It Work?
Start off by scheduling your free, no-obligation 20-minute phone consultation.
During your call, I’ll ask you some questions and allow you to ask me anything so that we can see if we’re a good fit for each other.
After your consultation, I’ll email you a link to your client portal where you can complete the intake paperwork at your leisure prior to your first session. You’ll also receive a link to your virtual “waiting room,” and you’ll use the same link to attend every session.
A few minutes before your session, you’ll simply click the link and wait until I begin the session. It will look just like FaceTime or Skype, only it will be a secure connection to ensure your privacy.
